What are Workspaces and how do I use them?
Workspaces help organize your notes, chats, and tasks by grouping related items together. Create a new workspace, then add your conversations and documents. Switch between workspaces for better organization and focus.
How do I connect my own API key (BYOK)?
Go to Settings > Integrations. Enter your API key in the provided field and save changes. This enables personalized usage based on your own credentials.
Will I be charged automatically?
Yes, if you have an active subscription, your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless you cancel or update your plan.
Why is my payment failing?
If your payment fails, please check your card details, available balance, and try a different payment method. If the issue persists, contact support for assistance.
What is Memory RAG and how does it work?
Memory RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) leverages your saved notes and context to improve AI responses. With Pro, you get deeper retrieval and smarter suggestions by referencing your workspace memory for each request.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free includes basic AI chat and note-taking. Pro adds unlimited voice transcription, Memory RAG for contextual responses, advanced workspace features, and priority support.
How do I use Voice Notes and Transcription?
Tap the microphone icon to record a voice note. With Pro, transcriptions are processed instantly and stored for up to 72 hours before being permanently deleted from our servers.
What payment methods are accepted?
ClarityPad accepts payments through major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and UPI. The available options depend on your device and region.
How do I manage my subscription?
Go to Settings > Accounts & Subscription > Manage Subscription. This will take you to your respective App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) where you can cancel, change plans, or manage your subscription.
How do I subscribe on Android (Google Play)?
Open the ClarityPad app and tap "Subscribe". Complete the payment using Google Play. Your subscription will be activated instantly.
How do I subscribe on iOS (App Store)?
Open ClarityPad on your iPhone/iPad, tap "Subscribe", and follow the App Store payment process. Confirm your purchase to activate the subscription instantly.
How do refunds work?
All refunds are processed by the store you used. For Google Play, use "Request a refund" in your order history. For Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and choose your purchase.
How do I delete my account and associated data?
Go to Settings > Account. Click "Delete Account" and follow the steps. Your data will be removed according to our privacy policy.
